Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 small white corn tortillas cut into 1" squares
- 1 lb cheddar or Colby jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl mix together cream of chicken soup, onion, sour cream, green chiles, milk, salt and pepper.
- Spray a 9"x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread half of your tortillas to line the bottom of pan.
- Top with half of your shredded chicken.
- Top with half of your cheese.
- Pour half of your sour cream mixture over that.
- Layer again with tortillas, then chicken, then remaining sour cream mixture then finally spread remains cheese over top.
- Cover with tin-foil and bake for 1 hour.
