Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbs parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup sour cream


Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In large bowl mix together your ground beef, minced onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk.
  3. Shape into meatballs and place onto non-stick cooking pan.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until no longer pink.
  5. Reserve the grease from the pan and pour it into a large saute pan.
  6. Heat over medium heat and stir in your flour, paprika, salt and pepper and let thicken and cook for about 1 minute.
  7. Add in your boiling water and sour cream and whisk to combine and thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add in your meatballs and cover and let simmer on low for about 5-10 minutes.
